I'm Sara, a writer and designer based out of Boulder, Colorado. I love creating frictionless interactions for users that consider how digital products fit into their human experience.

Having spoken directly with 4000+ users, I’m very sensitive to how people interact with products and the way their lives change because of it. I’ve witnessed and talked users through the devastation of literal storms and the downstream impacts of new features and bugs. The deep empathy I’ve developed will always be a consideration of my design process.

As a designer, my north star is simply to make things better. I find it easy to obsess over micro-interactions that make customers fall in love and how overwhelming learning something new can be.
